HOW TO ORDER & COLLECT YOUR ICE CREAM 🍒🐮

Cherry Moo is a small, home-based ice cream business in Kingsway, Gloucester. I don't have a walk-in shop, so all orders must be placed online in advance.

It's really easy! 🍦💕

🍦 1. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Head straight to the SHOP.

Choose your favourite flavours, add them to your basket and select an available collection date and time.

Please check your basket, collection date and time carefully before paying.

A minimum of £15 is required per order.

⏰ 2. COLLECTION IS BY BOOKED TIME SLOT ONLY

You MUST arrive at your allocated collection time — not earlier or later.

Collection slots are allocated every 15 minutes, and your order will be placed outside in a named bag at your booked time.

You'll find your ice cream in the pink Cherry Picker crate.

Please collect promptly. Your ice cream will be returned to frozen storage after 10 minutes to keep it in perfect condition and make room for the next customer's order.

If you're running late, please send me a message. Customers arriving for their booked slots will take priority.

Please do not knock on the door if you arrive early. Your order may still be being prepared.

🛒 3. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE PAYING

Once your order has been placed and paid for, I cannot add tubs, swap flavours or amend your order.

If you decide you'd like additional ice cream, you'll need to place a separate order and book another available collection slot.

Please make sure you order everything you want in one transaction wherever possible.

Collection dates and times cannot be amended through the ordering system, so please double-check your selection before paying.

Monday: 10:30 am–6 pm
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 10:30 am–8 pm
Thursday: Closed
Friday: 10:30 am–6 pm
Saturday: 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, 10:30 am–4 pm
Sunday: Closed

Collection is subject to the availability shown in the online booking calendar.

Please make sure you've read and understood the collection information above, along with Cherry Moo's Terms & Conditions, before placing your order.

Once an order has been placed and paid for, flavours cannot be swapped, items cannot be added and collection slots cannot be amended through the ordering system.
