Order. Select your day and time to collect. Pay. Rock up at the time of collection and your bag of deliciousness will be waiting for your in our collection box!

Orders can be placed 90 mins ahead of collection, so please bear this in mind.

Please make sure you DOUBLE CHECK the correct time slot and date. If you accidentally select the wrong time slot, please message us via our Facebook Page or Instagram. Email is also fine, however on busy days, we won’t be look at any emails until the end of the day. Social media messages are notifying, so we are more likely to see these and respond more promptly.

The system allows ONE time slot per order. If you need to add additional tubs onto an order, you’ll need to place a new order and select another date and time. You won’t be able to select the same time as your original first order. If you do need to add additional tubs to your first order, please state in the “add notes” section at checkout that the second order needs to be alongside your original order. . Both orders can then be put into the collection box together.

If you’d like to swap tubs for another flavour, you’ll need to get in touch. Orders cannot be amended or changed once the order has been placed. The order will need to be cancelled and refunded. Then you can re-place your order, so you can select alternative flavours.

Unfortunately we are unable to amend time slots in house. If you require an alternative collection day, your order will be cancelled and refunded. You will then have to replace your order. This frees up the slot you no longer require for another customer.

Your order will be placed outside, in a named bag at the EXACT time of your collection. You’ll locate your bag in the pink “Cherry Picker crate”.

It is imperative that you arrive on time for your collection, particularly on hot days when ice cream will melt super fast! Each time slot is booked every 15 minutes. You essentially have a 10 minute window to collect your order. After 10 minutes, your order goes back into storage so the box is clear for the next customers order. If you are more than 10 minutes late, let us know you’ve arrived. However, the next customer takes priority to collect their order.

If you arrive early for your collection, please do not knock on the door as we will likely be collating your order and won’t hear the bell from our outside storage facility. You're most welcome to pop along a quick message that you're early and we will do our best to put your order out a little earlier if we can, though bear in mind there may be another customer booked before you. In which case, their order will take priority.
