Producer of handmade, premium ice cream in the heart of Gloucestershire. Cherry Moo takes a full on artisan approach where ice cream is concerned, and it certainly shines throughout each carefully thought out recipe. Fresh, pasteurised double cream is the foundation of every creation and is sourced from the wonderful green pastures of the Welsh valleys; from gorgeous, free grazing, Welsh cows.
Every batch is lovingly hand whisked in small batches and hand potted. Honeycomb, salted caramel sauce, peanut brittle, fruit compotes and brownies are made fresh “in house”, using some of the world’s finest Belgian chocolate and Madagascan vanilla; sourced to help achieve the best taste and premium quality. There are no additives, artificial colours or preservatives, resulting in the most decadent, creamiest product…ever.
